WIABE Student Writing Contest! Due Feb 9th

It's is that time of year when we ask you to think about how to best celebrate our students bilingualism-and one of the best ways is to have them participate in the WIABE Writing Contest.  You may remember, Horning student Luis Albiter WON THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR BILINGUAL EDUCATION Writing award given in Las Vegas in 2014

Winners are awarded $100 and a night at the Kalahari with their families-what an honor!

Instructions:
1. If you are participating, have your students write to the prompt
2. Send the Writing Registration form (page 5) in the link below with the writing sample to DMGARICA at Lindholm by February 2, 2018
3. Entries will be submitted together!
